This Privacy Policy describes how OnDuty (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the OnDuty partner mobile application (the “App”) to manage your business presence, offerings, locations, and related interactions on our platform at api.onnduty.cloud (the “Services”).
2. Information we collect
- Account and business data: name, email, phone, business name, role, verification details, tax or billing identifiers if you provide them, and authentication data.
- Profile and listing content: descriptions, photos, menus, products, services, prices, offers, hours, and location information you publish.
- Operational data: orders or job-related records, messages with customers where enabled, and staff actions in the App.
- Location data: with your permission, location from your device to set or verify business locations, maps, or delivery-related features.
- Device and log data: device type, OS, app version, IP address, and technical logs for reliability and security.
3. How we use information
- Operate the partner tools, publish your listings, and connect you with customers.
- Verify accounts, prevent fraud, and protect the integrity of the marketplace.
- Provide analytics and insights about your presence on the platform where available.
- Communicate about your account, policy updates, and (with consent) product news.
- Comply with law, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our agreements.
4. How we share information
- With customers and the public as needed to display your listings, offers, and contact or booking flows you enable.
- With service providers under contracts (for example hosting, maps, notifications, analytics, or support tools).
- For legal and safety reasons as described in the customer policy and as required by applicable law.
- Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, where permitted.
We do not sell your personal information as “sale” is commonly understood in privacy laws.
5. Retention
We retain information as needed to provide the Services, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Some content may remain visible to users according to your settings and platform rules after account closure.
6. Security
We implement safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we process. Partners are responsible for securing their own devices and credentials used to access the App.
7. Your choices and rights
You may access or update much of your information in the App. Depending on your region, you may have additional rights regarding access, correction, deletion, portability, or objection. Contact us to exercise rights that are not available in-product.
8. Children
The Partner App is intended for businesses and adults authorized to act on behalf of a business. It is not directed at children.
9. International transfers
Information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms.
10. Changes
We may update this policy and will post changes on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Where required, we will provide additional notice.
