4. How we share information

We may share information:

  • With partners you interact with (for example, when you request a service or contact a business through the platform), as needed to fulfill your request.
  • With service providers who host data, send notifications, analyze reliability, or help us run the platform, under contractual safeguards.
  • For legal reasons if required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

We do not sell your personal information as “sale” is commonly understood in privacy laws.

5. Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, accounting, and reporting requirements. Retention periods may vary by data type and jurisdiction.

6. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we encourage strong passwords and protecting your device.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can manage some choices in the App or device settings (for example, location permissions). To exercise other rights, contact us using the details below.

8. Children

The Services are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe we have done so.

9. International transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
